Retention of Your Information

We keep your personal information to enable your continued use of Rifbar Services, for as long as it is required in order to fulfill the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as may be required (or permitted) by law such as for tax and accounting purposes, or as otherwise communicated to you.

Standard practice is the deletion of personal data of abandoned accounts - deletion would occur in 3 months after an email is sent to the User’s registration email mentioning the abandoned status of the User’s account.

Minor’s Privacy Policy

IF YOU ARE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE RIFBAR SERVICES AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.

Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important. For that reason, Rifbar does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 21 years of age. If Rifbar learns that personal information of persons under 21 has been collected on or through Rifbar Services, Rifbar will take appropriate steps to delete this information.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor under 21 who has become a Rifbar Services member, then please contact at privacy@rifbar.com to have that minor’s account terminated and personal information deleted.

Information collected by Rifbar may be stored and processed in your region, or in any other country where Rifbar or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, or service providers are located or maintain facilities.
